• I understand that while every care will be given to my animal, they are boarded at my own risk

​

• I authorise the management to call the veterinary surgeon on my behalf, should it be necessary. Country Getaway Boarding Kennels will seek the veterinary advice and/or treatment if illness or injury is suspected while animals are under our care. This will be at the owner's expense unless the condition is kennel related. 

​

• Any medical conditions or behavioural concerns must be disclosed to staff upon check-in. We must be notified of any suspected illness or injury prior to drop off at Country Getaway Boarding Kennels. Current or recurrent illness or injury is not covered by our insurance policy.

​

• Dogs must be fully vaccinated and have vaccine certificates up to date with them at the time of drop off. If no proof of up-to-date vaccines, Country Getaway Boarding Kennels reserves the right to refuse boarding.

• All animals should have recent preventative treatment against fleas,ticks and worms prior to boarding. Any fees results from preventable parasites will be the responsibility of the owner.

• I understand that the full boarding costs need to be paid in full at the time of collection. No dogs will be released until full and final payment has been received.

​

• Boarding fees are charged to include the day of arrival and departure, regardless of the time of day.

​

• Any items supplied by the owner are left at the owner's risk. Country Getaway Boarding Kennels will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to these items, or resulting from these items. Also, the owner is responsible for ensuring that any items left are collected at the end of the stay.

• Special dietary requirements will be administered as supplied and requested by the Owner.

• All reasonable efforts will be made to administer medication as directed. There is no additional fee for this service.

​

• Country Getaway Boarding Kennels reserves the right to rehome animals that are not collected within 14 days of the arranged collection date, if no communication is received from the owner. Any costs involved will be the responsibility of the owner.

• In the event of any delay in collection, notification must be given at the earliest opportunity and Country Getaway Boarding Kennels reserves the right to refuse the extension if boarding kennels are at a full capacity.

​

• Bills should be paid before dogs leave Country Getaway Boarding Kennels. If bills are not paid, the account will be passed on to a debt collection agency, Alex Adamson.
